Terms of business

The online store is managed by the company Gogetair d.o.o., Žiče, 107, 3215 Loče, Slovenia (hereinafter the provider).

The General Terms and Conditions of Gogetair d.o.o. (hereinafter: the provider) are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-commerce.

Upon registration, the visitor receives a username and password. The username and password unambiguously identify the user and link to the entered data. By registering, the customer becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. The online store is intended exclusively for doing business with companies.



All listed product prices are in EUR and do not include value added tax (VAT). Prices are presented as wholesale prices and net prices. Wholesale prices are the recommended sales prices of the manufacturer or provider. Your net price is a price that does not include value added tax (VAT) and is valid for online purchases. The cost of postage in the amount of EUR 2.5 is added to the final price upon selected delivery via Pošta Slovenije, provided that the amount of the ordered goods does not exceed the value of EUR 25.

When buying, the prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. Prices are valid for 1 piece, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Items offered in special promotions are subject to the conditions defined under ACTIONS.



The provider allows the following methods of payment:

by transfer to the provider’s account (according to the offer / proforma invoice),
after the invoice is issued within the period agreed between the provider and the buyer
The bidder issues an invoice to the buyer by mail (unless otherwise agreed), with a breakdown of costs. The sales contract (order) is stored in electronic form on the provider’s server and is accessible to the customer at any time in his user profile.

The purchase contract between the bidder and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the bidder confirms the order (the buyer receives an electronic message about the status Order accepted). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.


The bidder will deliver the goods or services within the agreed time.

For items that are not in stock or are available on request, we will notify you later or. in agreement with you.

The contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is Pošta Slovenije, but the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it will be able to fulfill the order more efficiently.



The user buys in the online store by pressing the ADD button. When he has finished adding the items to the cart, he presses the CASHIER button, selects the method of payment, reviews, completes or corrects if necessary, and confirms the order. The contract is concluded when the user confirms the order and receives an order confirmation by e-mail with a list of ordered goods.

Confirmation of the order means that the user is familiar with the sales and payment terms stated here and that he accepts the terms of purchase.

When the customer receives the email notification, the order is accepted in the queue. In this step, the customer has the option to cancel the order within one hour. Comprehensive information on the status and content of the order is always available to the buyer on the provider’s website.

If the customer does not cancel the order, the order goes into further processing. The bidder reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items and confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. The bidder may call the buyer on his contact telephone number to verify the data or ensure the accuracy of the delivery. The contract on the purchase of ordered items between the buyer and the provider is irrevocably concluded at this stage.

The buyer can return the complained goods by bringing them in person to the provider’s headquarters or, by prior agreement with the provider, return them by parcel post office of Pošta Slovenije at the provider’s expense. There is no other way to return at the provider’s expense. The returned goods must be in the original packaging and undamaged, and the original invoice must be attached. Shipments with redemption
